My Home Anandam is My Home Group's first Bengaluru township: about 52 acres on Whitefield–Hoskote Road, with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes in towers of 38 to 44 storeys and only four to six homes on each floor. Forest-themed greens, a grand clubhouse and a resort pool sit at the heart of the community.
The site is three minutes from Bearys Global Research Triangle, about 15 minutes from the Purple Line metro at Kadugodi, and right beside the newly announced World Trade Center on the same road.

What is the new World Trade Center near Anandam?
In October 2026, a World Trade Center development was announced at Sannatammanahalli on Whitefield–Hoskote Road: a 40+ acre mixed-use project with a commercial tower of about 35 floors, a hotel of about 400 rooms, retail and homes. Details and timelines are still to be confirmed.
How far is the metro?
About 15 minutes by road to Whitefield (Kadugodi), the eastern end of the Namma Metro Purple Line, running since March 2023. There is no sanctioned metro line to Hoskote; an extension has only been proposed.
Which offices and job hubs are nearby?
Bearys Global Research Triangle is about 3 minutes away, the Hoskote KIADB industrial belt about 12 minutes, and ITPL and the EPIP Zone about 25 minutes. Other employers in the wider area include SAP Labs, GR Tech Park and Mercedes-Benz R&D India.
What schools, hospitals and malls are close by?
Schools include Vydehi School of Excellence, Vibgyor High and Greenwood High in Whitefield, and New Baldwin International and Geetanjali International in the Hoskote belt. The expected pre-launch rate is about ₹13,300–15,000 per sq ft, which puts a 2 BHK from around ₹1.67 Cr, a 3 BHK from around ₹2.13 Cr and a 4 BHK from around ₹2.93 Cr before taxes. These are indicative; the developer announces official prices at launch.
Is it safe to place an EOI before RERA?
An EOI only registers your interest and priority. Booking and the agreement of sale follow RERA registration. Get the EOI terms, including refunds, in writing, and check the RERA number on rera.karnataka.gov.in once it is issued.
What extra costs should I budget for?
Stamp duty (about 5%), registration (about 1%) and GST on under-construction homes (currently 5%), plus car parking, maintenance deposit and clubhouse charges set by the developer.
Are home loans available?
Yes. Major banks typically fund up to 80% of the property value for eligible buyers once the project is RERA-registered and bank-approved.
